1,195,814-square-foot shell building into a Regional Distribution Center
in Indianapolis. The project included construction of a new
36,612-square-foot second floor and complete interior build-out featuring
mail processing areas, administrative and support spaces, computer rooms
and full employee amenities, along with 231 loading docks to support
high-volume operations. We delivered new, facility-wide plumbing and HVAC
systems. Site improvements included expanded auto and truck parking,
upgraded infrastructure, enhanced security systems, storm drainage and
